Vrban, Inc. (DBA Resolve) strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to advertise or promote resolvebim.com or any Resolve product or service. This prohibition applies to Resolve employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and any third party. Resolve has no affiliate marketing program and authorizes no third party to send email referencing our domain.Resolve strictly prohibits bulk or automated unsolicited email. Our platforms send email only to (a) registered users of our service, in connection with their use of the service, and (b) business contacts, and all marketing and product emails include one-click unsubscribe. Individual employees may send personal, manually composed business correspondence, but mass mailing to purchased or harvested lists is prohibited. We honor all unsubscribe and suppression requests immediately and maintain suppression lists across our sending platforms.To report suspected spam referencing our domain, contact abuse@resolvebim.com. Violations by any party authorized to send on our behalf will result in immediate termination of that authorization.
