By putting your facility in VR and AR, Resolve helps you maintain a high standard of safety, quality, sustainability and efficiency. All while meeting tight construction deadlines.
Unlock your digital building model for maintenance & facilities team to increase transparency and solicit better feedback. Simulate emergency procedures, lock out tag out and maintenance walks in VR to avoid retrofits after construction.
Host safety and security reviews with multiple stakeholders from facilities, engineering and construction to simulate machine safety reviews and mitigate risk.
Avoid late stage changes and complaints by ensuring the design model meets owner requirements.
With Resolve’s Wellington Engine, you can open huge BIM files on wireless XR devices without having to downsize them. Resolve can open 1 billion polygon models without a PC.
See up to 11x more feedback from stakeholders who usually take a back seat in the review process. From trip to shock hazards, Resolve will help you identify issues before it’s too late.
You can virtually perform safety inspections, emergency procedures or lock out/tag out to ensure alignment with building operations needs.
Get feedback before construction starts to avoid late stage changes, rework, and delays.
Review equipment maintainability and access to ensure smooth operations across the building lifecycle.
Reduce travel and hours of time consuming meetings. Also cut down on material waste from rework.
Get more people engaged with the detailed models already being created for your facility.
Resolve’s native integrations with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore automatically keep models up to date in VR without having to export or upload with each design change. Resolve detects and processes new model versions behind the scenes so VR reviews are always up to date.
Gone are the days where you have to prep, export and upload models to “do VR.” Now with our Procore and ACC integrations, models are automatically processed and remain up to date in VR whenever you upload new versions to your Procore or ACC.
Resolve's support for complex models on standalone VR devices enables teams to interact with building information models (BIM) more independently even while working remotely.
"Before Resolve I tried and tested multiple different VR programs only to come to conclusion that large scale VR models won't be possible for at least 2-3 years; I was very wrong."
"After several years of enduring long workflows to get segmented models into VR, I was totally blown away by the Wellington engine running natively on the meta quest 2 hardware. Where previous PCVR engines were only able to load a single floor of our models on a high end PC with RTX 2080 graphics cards, Resolve is able to load our entire models, natively on standalone hardware, with only a small reduction in graphics quality. Loading models directly from BIM 360 is also a great feature as it brings the colours of our systems across natively also."
"In 2023 we switched our VR software to Resolve, as we incubated the technology for our digital design review process. Previously we’d split our models into smaller files to enable the reviews in VR. Now, using Resolve, we’re able to load the entire federated models seamlessly, directly from ACC. ”
"Resolve is the only XR solution we have found that can seamlessly render large production BIM files at a quality that our clients and project teams expect. Their game-changing technology has enabled immersive design review sessions that facilitate better decision making and client engagement."
"Resolve is hands down better than the previous software we’ve used at MMFS. Quick setup, quick load, easy to update projects. We’ve had multiple users from different states all working seamlessly in the same model that would not be possible in other software. Safe to say, we like it a lot."
Our custom technology powering Resolve can open huge BIM files in a wireless Oculus Quest. No sectioning or model prep necessary. Other Quest apps will run at low frame-rates or even crash when handling similar model sizes. In order to connect operations teams to design teams we believe it’s necessary to have both wireless headsets and large models. Hence, Resolve.
The largest customer model that we ever received was a 1.16 billion (with a b) polygon model. It ran at 72 frames per second on a standalone, wireless Quest 2. Our customers commonly open 5GB Navisworks files and 10gb Revit files.
Any BIM file hosted on Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 Docs, or Procore. We support 70+ different file formats. We’ve tested Navisworks (NWD), Revit (RVT), Smartplant (VUE) files, IFC, and more.
Resolve supports the Oculus Quest 2, Quest 3 and Quest Pro. There is a PC companion app to join and follow meetings from your computer if you cannot use a headset. And there is a recently launched app for Apple Vision Pro too!
Yes. Resolve doesn’t require a connection to an external gaming computer. This makes VR easily accessible from anywhere and saves teams the stress of complex set ups - it just works.
